आशा है कि आप कुशलमंगल होगे। यहां पर भी सभी लोग कुशलपूर्वक है। इस वर्ष आपकी मैट्रिक की परीक्षा है, और आपको इस परीक्षा में अच्छे अंक प्राप्त करने हैं। इस परीक्षा में अच्छे अंक प्राप्त करना इसलिए आवश्यक है, क्योंकि आगे के कैरियर में मैट्रिक की परीक्षा के अंक सदैव महत्वपूर्ण स्थान रखते हैं। नौकरी प्राप्त करते समय भी मैरिड बनाते समय मैट्रिक की परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंको पर विचार किया जाता है।

इसी उद्देश्य के साथ मैट्रिक परीक्षा में अच्छे अंक प्राप्त करने के लिए मैं आपको कुछ सुझाव दे रहा हूं। जिन पर अच्छी तरह से अमल करने पर आपको अवश्य ही लाभ मिलेगा।

यह सुझाव इस प्रकार है :---

• प्रत्येक विषय पर ध्यान दें। जो विषय आपको कठिन लगता है यह आपको लगता है कि इस विषय में मैं कमजोर हूं तो आपको उस विषय को दिन में कम से कम तीन बार जरूर पढ़ना चाहिए।

• Unsolved question Paper का इस्तेमाल करें। दसवीं कक्षा की बेहतर तैयारी के लिए आप बाजार से पिछले वर्ष के Unsolved question Paper लाकर उसे प्रतिदिन हल करने का प्रयास करें। इससे यह फायदा होगा कि आपके 10 वीं कक्षा के सिलेबस में किस-किस तरह के प्रश्न मौजूद हैं, उन सभी का विवरण आपको इस क्वेश्चन पेपर में मिल जाएगा तथा जब आप इसे प्रतिदिन हल करेंगे, तो आपको यह भी पता चलेगा कि किस चैप्टर में आपको कठिनाइयां आ रही है। जिससे आप उस चैप्टर को बेहतर तरीके से समझने का प्रयास करेंगे।

• दसवीं की परीक्षा में बेहतर रिजल्ट के लिए आपको प्रतिदिन सुबह उठकर अध्ययन करना चाहिए तथा रात में पूरी नींद भी लेना चाहिए। ऐसा बिल्कुल भी ना करें कि आप देर रात को उठकर पढ़ने लगे, ऐसे में आपके सेहत पर बुरा प्रभाव पड़ेगा जो आपकी दसवीं की एग्जाम की तैयारी में बाधा बन सकती है। इसलिए रात में गहरी नींद ले, इससे आपको यह फायदा मिलेगा कि आपकी मानसिक एकाग्रता बढ़ेगी और आप अच्छे से पढ़ाई में मन लगा पाएंगे।

• दसवीं कक्षा की प्रत्येक विषय मैं अपनी कठिनाइयों को पहचान कर किसी योग्य शिक्षक के पास जाकर उसका निवारण करें।

• दसवीं की परीक्षा देते वक़्त आपसे जो भी प्रश्न पूछा जाए, उस प्रश्न का सही और सटीक उत्तर दें।आप इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि आपके द्वारा दिया गया उत्तर ना ही ज्यादा छोटा हो और ना ही ज्यादा बड़ा।

• परीक्षा में प्रश्न समझ में ना आने पर उसने प्रश्न को छोड़कर अगले प्रश्न का हल करें। जिससे आपका समय बचेगा तथा आप पूरे प्रश्न को हल कर पाएंगे। परीक्षा के दौरान आपको समय का विशेष ध्यान रखना है।

• परीक्षा से एक-दो दिन पहले नए Question Paper तैयार ना करें। आपने पहले जो प्रश्न पत्र तैयार किया है उसी का Revision करे और घबराए नहीं, खुद पर विश्वास रखें!
